Phone Group Côte d’Ivoire Rattaché au Responsable du Groupe, le Chargé de Clientèle est amené à répondre aux demandes d’information, de renseignements ou de réclamations des clients.
Énergique, il se doit toujours d’être souriant, aimable et dynamique. Le chargé de clientèle doit avoir le sens de l’écoute pour comprendre et résoudre les problèmes posés par ses interlocuteurs dans un délai raisonnable.

Profil du poste
Pour être chargé de clientèle, vous devez : Avoir des notions en anglais ou être bilingue Justifier d’un bon niveau de langue française, D’une bonne capacité à communiquer à l’oral comme à l’écrit, Un sens de l’écoute et du service acérés.
Vous devrez également disposer : D’une formation niveau bac ou plus, D’une expérience en service client est souhaitable, mais les jeunes diplômés sont acceptés D’une bonne connaissance de l’outil informatique, De l’énergie, de l’enthousiasme et beaucoup de dynamisme.

Bonjour, je recherche des profils jeunes ayant 02 – 03 ans dans la trésorerie pour un poste d’ASSISTANT TRESORERIE (H/F) au sein d’une entreprise spécialisée dans la commercialisation de produits pétroliers.
Globalement il/elle aura à :
– Assister le trésorier pays dans la mise à jour des procédures de trésorerie ;
– Assurer l’équilibrage de la trésorerie et les transferts interbancaires ;
– Contrôler les écritures comptables des intérêts et commissions facturés par les banques ;
– Effectuer les virements bancaires pour le paiements des fournisseurs etc.
PROFIL REQUIS
– Titulaire d’un BAC+ 2/3 en Finance, Sciences Economiques ou similaire ;
