Dans le cadre de nos activités, nous recrutons un agent d’accueil. Il/elle aura pour missions:
– Fournir des services professionnels d’accueil et soutien administratif à l’entreprise;
– Gérer les appels téléphoniques;
– Recevoir, communiquer et orienter les usagers;
– Répondre aux demandes de renseignement sur toutes les activités de l’entreprise;
– Accueillir le public et faciliter leur installation avant tout évènement.

 

Profil du poste
Être titulaire d’un BAC +2 en communication, ressources humaines, commerce, hotellerie ou
tout autre domaine équivalent, maitriser les logiciels de bureautique, savoir s’exprimer
correctement et avoir une capacité d’adaptation et une aisance relationnelle.
Être dynamique, savoir prendre des initiatives et savoir travailler seul ou en équipe, avoir une
bonne présentation physique.
Bénéficiez aussi d’une expérience d’au moins un an à un poste similaire.
