Missions :
• Informer et conseiller la clientèle sur les caractéristiques du produit.
• Accueillir les clients en quête d’une destination de vacances
• Écouter les besoins et envies des clients, ainsi que leurs contraintes (géographiques, temporelles, budgétaires…)

• Proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs souhaits
• Effectuer les réservations pour les clients hotel, billet d’avion…
• Gérer les assurances voyages
• Bonne connaissance en organisation de circuits touristiques et en gestion d’événements touristiques (Colonie de vacance, voyage touristique et linguistiques)
