Full vacancy title: Programme de stage 2024 – Session I
Location: Les candidats sélectionnés seront déployés dans divers départements au siège de la Banque (Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire), Bureaux Régionaux et pays. Cependant, les stagiaires sélectionnés effectueront leur stage soit à distance, soit en présentiel en fonction des besoins de leurs unités d’accueil respectives.

LA BANQUE :

Créée en 1964, la Banque africaine de développement est la première institution panafricaine de développement. Elle a pour mission de promouvoir la croissance économique et le progrès social dans l’ensemble du continent. La Banque compte 81 pays membres, dont 54 pays africains (les pays membres régionaux).

 

Le programme de développement de la Banque vise à fournir l’appui financier et technique aux projets porteurs de transformation qui permettront de réduire nettement la pauvreté grâce à une croissance économique inclusive et durable. Pour davantage se concentrer sur les objectifs de la Stratégie décennale (2023– 2032) et réaliser un plus grand impact sur le développement, cinq grands domaines, dans lesquels les interventions devront s’intensifier pour l’Afrique, ont été identifiés, à savoir :

 

l’énergie, l’agro-industrie, l’industrialisation, l’intégration et l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des populations africaines. Le programme de stage est une composante de la stratégie de gestion des talents qui permettra à la Banque de réaliser sa stratégie décennale d’une part et les High 5s d’autre part.

Les candidats au programme sont sélectionnés sur une base compétitive et en fonction des besoins de la Banque.

Objectifs:

Le programme de stage a pour objectifs principaux de:

  • Offrir la possibilité d’acquérir une expérience professionnelle et pratique dans les domaines d’activité prioritaires de la Banque,
  • Assurer à la Banque une réserve de candidats potentiels pour les recrutements futurs.

 

Néanmoins, les candidats ne devraient pas s’attendre à une titularisation à la fin de leur période de stage.

Domaines d’études requis pour le stage:

  • Les disciplines dans lesquelles les stagiaires sont sélectionnés doivent faire partie des familles d’emplois de la Banque, en particulier l’économie, l’agriculture, le développement du secteur privé, le développement du capital humain (éducation et santé), l’environnement, la finance, le développement de l’infrastructure, la gestion des ressources
  • humaines, les technologies de l’information, les communications, le droit, l’audit interne, le budget, la gouvernance ou toute autre discipline que la Banque juge pertinente pour ses opérations.
  • Un intérêt particulier est porté aux étudiants travaillant sur des projets en rapport direct avec la mission de la Banque.

Calendrier de la session 1 du Programme de 2024:

La session 1 du Programme de stages 2024 débutera en janvier 2024.

Modalités et conditions du stage

 

  • Les stages sont accordés à chaque candidat pour une durée minimum de trois (3) mois allant jusqu’à six (6) mois maximum.  Les stages sont autorisés une seule fois par candidat.
  • Les stagiaires sélectionnés effectueront leur stage soit à distance, soit en présentiel en fonction des besoins de leurs unités d’accueil respectives. Les stagiaires à distance doivent avoir accès à un ordinateur personnel, à une connexion internet fiable et à un environnement de vie propice qui facilite un travail à distance fluide et ininterrompu.

 

  • Les stagiaires en présentiel seront responsables de leurs frais de voyage aller-retour par avion (si applicable) ainsi que de leurs frais de subsistance.
  • La Banque assistera dans la mesure du possible les stagiaires concernés à obtenir leurs visas d’entrée et de résidence dans les pays hôtes de la Banque où ils effectueront leur stage.
  • Les stagiaires bénéficieront d’une couverture d’assurance médicale payée par la Banque pendant la durée de leur stage.
  • Les stagiaires éligibles recevront une allocation mensuelle.

Critères d’éligibilité :

Pour être éligible au programme de stage, le candidat doit :

  • Doit avoir atteint l’âge de la majorité dans son pays de nationalité ou d’origine et n’avoir pas plus de trente (30) ans au moment du début du programme de stage.
  • Être inscrit à un programme de niveau master dans un établissement d’enseignement supérieur public ou privé reconnu.

 

  • Le candidat peut postuler pour un stage dans un délai d’un (1) an après avoir obtenu son diplôme.
  • Être ressortissants d’un pays membre de la Banque africaine de développement.
  • Fournir une lettre de leur école confirmant leur inscription ou une copie du diplôme susmentionné.

 

  • Les candidats doivent maîtriser au moins une des deux langues de travail de la Banque (anglais ou français).
  • Être capable d’utiliser les progiciels standards de la Banque (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) ; la connaissance de SAP est souhaitable.

Domaines prioritaires stratégiques:

Les disciplines et domaines professionnels spécialisés sont alignés à la Stratégie décennale (TYS) et la Stratégie genre.  En plus des domaines faisant déjà partie des familles de postes de la Banque, une attention sera portée sur les domaines suivants :

  • Électricité, Énergie, Climat et croissance verte ;
  • Agriculture, Développement humain et social;
  • Secteur Privé, Infrastructure et Industrialisation ;
  • Économie, Statistiques;
  • Gouvernance et gestion des connaissances;
  • Finance;
  • Services juridiques;

 

  • Ressources Humaines et Services Institutionnels: Technologie et Information, Services linguistiques, Services généraux et achats, Gestion des ressources humaines ;
  • Audit, Lutte contre la corruption;
  • Évaluation;
  • Communication & Relations extérieures;

  • Évaluation environnementale et sociale.

La Banque organise deux (2) sessions de stages au cours de l’année 2024. Cette annonce concerne la session 1, qui débutera en janvier 2024. L’annonce de la session 2 sera faite en avril 2024 et la session 2 débutera en juillet 2024.
