FIDELISATION
- Participer à l’élaboration du calendrier des actions de fidélisation et à l’enrichissement du programme de fidélité (opérations cagnotages, jeux concours etc…)
- Suivre les actions marketing mises en place par le service B2B/B2C
- Accompagner les magasins, les relais fidélité dans le bon déroulement du programme de fidélité
SERVICE CLIENT
- Suivre les indicateurs d’activité et réaliser le tableau de bord des indicateurs de performance (hebdomadaire et mensuelle) définis pour la direction du centre de relation client
- Proposer des plans d’action d’amélioration de la satisfaction client
- Participer à des réunions, groupes de travail sur des sujets initiés
Réaliser et suivre les enquêtes terrain mandatées par le service pour confirmer la bonne mise en place des process
- Elaborer les scénarios et organiser les vagues de visites et appels mystères.
- Participer à l’analyse des résultats et à sa communication auprès des équipes et des autres directions de l’entreprise
